Curt's motivation in forming Functional Athletics was to introduce an innovative style of training so that athletes would not have training-related injuries plague their careers.  Combining many of the theories of the Egoscue Method (www.egoscue.com) and Function Dynamics (Now ADAPT) (www.functiondynamics.com) with his own unique training experiences, he has developed a system of training that provides the best of all training worlds.

The Functional Athletics System of Training is currently impacting many areas of the health and fitness industry. Having developed individualized programs designed to work with clients of all ability levels, the training philosophy can account for any physical limitation to maximize each individual's physical potential.

Functional Athletics is committed to improving the way the human body is trained.
