Step 1 - Establish Your Current Health and Fitness Level
Whether you are just starting
out or you are a training professional looking for an edge on the competition, we need to establish a starting point based on what you are currently doing and what you have done
in the past.
Step 2 - Identify Structural Strengths and Weaknesses
This is probably the most
important step and what makes Functional Athletics a complete system. Here we can proactively address any structural issues associated with past or present pain symptoms or
injuries and correct the problem so that your body is more resistant to injury and your performance is enhanced.
Step 3 - Identify Your Fitness Goals
Everyone has different goals and now is the time
to think about what you want to accomplish so that we can design the most optimal training program to meet your needs.
Step 4 - Build a Fitness Plan
Taking into account your current fitness level, your
