Upperbody Level 3 focuses on upper body strength but all functional workouts integrate the whole
body. Before beginning this, or any type of exercise program, it is recommended that you consult with your physician for authorization and clearance. If you have trouble or get
tired during the workout reduce the number of repetitions you do in each exercise. More advanced versions will add sets to some of the exercises to make it much harder.
If you feel pain anywhere then your body is trying to tell you that you can not handle the activity you are doing
and you need to address this before you can continue to workout. This is where a professionally designed analysis and progressive program will get back on track and ahead in the long
