I 1999 took a bad fall, landing on my neck and fracturing three
vertebrae in my lower back. I went through years of rehab but my body never seemed to recover. In October of 2003 I hurt my back again and heard about Curt Heywood and the style of
rehab and exercise therapy that he did. After 2 weeks of doing his program I felt better than I had in years and I was back to full work duties and sporting activities. I continued
the program for about 3 months and I am a new man now. I never thought I would feel this good again. Thanks Curt.

My chronic hip problems disappeared after the first session of Camp,
reappeared a day later and haven't bothered me much since. Thank you for that alone Curt! I have better hip flexibility, hip soreness problems for all intents and purposes are
gone. Before the camp I would have trouble running once a week due to serious hip spasms and back problems. I would stretch a lot but obviously I just needed better muscle balance and
strength. Now to maintain that. My running has improved a lot as a result.

It's a workout that is unique
and fun. It incorporates the types of activities that I am interested in like Yoga and Pilates but also includes cardio.

I recommend this program to all my friends. I find that the program
is adaptable to different abilities. I found it beneficial for a variety of areas: strength, endurance, flexibility and cardio. My favourite workout would have to be the obstacle course
(hurdles, crawling over, under etc.) It challenged me both mentally and physically. At first I was ambivalent about climbing up on the hurdles, but surely with determination, encouragement
and proper coaching on how to use my body effectively, I felt I achieved the desired goal. I find it also helped me with some of the injuries I have had, particularly with the misaligned
hip. I feel that the focus on the hip flexors and strengthening that area has allowed me to be more efficient on the soccer field.

I would definitely recommend this program to any acquaintance as long
as bear crawl was completely eradicated from the repertoire. It's really tough... I saw huge gains in my strength, bodily control, and muscle definition. My favourite workout was the
obstacle course because it can easily be paralleled to many of the movements in orienteering such as jumping over logs or crawling through branches. This style of training is a very effective
focused complement to other training one may be doing. It reinforces proper use of muscles and makes sure that the muscles that are important but sometimes get overlooked get trained.
